How It Started
Because at Bistro & Beignets, we're more than food — we're an experience.
Bistro & Beignets began with a simple idea: create fresh, unforgettable food while bringing people together through exceptional service and memorable experiences.
What started as a family-owned food truck serving handcrafted beignets, gourmet sandwiches, loaded fries, and handcrafted boba tea has grown into one of the Treasure Coast's trusted catering companies for businesses, schools, private events, and community celebrations.
As our reputation grew, so did the requests. Customers wanted more than incredible food — they wanted an easier way to host successful events. Today, we offer complete catering experiences with fresh food prepared on-site or delivered ready to serve, along with optional entertainment including DJs, live music, face painting, balloon artists, and more.
Whether we're serving lunch at a corporate office, celebrating a birthday, catering a school event, or feeding hundreds of guests at a community festival, our mission remains the same: deliver outstanding food, friendly service, and an experience your guests will remember.

We expanded our catering with value-added services — DJ entertainment, live bands, and face-painting packages — giving clients the convenience of food and entertainment in one unforgettable experience.

Expanded our mobile food catering to add Food Tent and drop-off for private events — more options to experience our food.
